Backpack Drive

Each year, Meck holds a backpack drive to serve children and families in the Charlotte area who may not have access to get the supplies needed for the following school year. For this year's backpack drive, we are partnering with our local Missions 2.0 partner, Bruns Avenue Elementary School, to provide a brand-new backpack for every child at that school and all of the needed school supplies.

How it works:

Just fill a brand new backpack with all of the items on the list and bring or ship it to Meck's physical campus - it's that easy!

What do I do if I attend in person?

If you attend in person, you can bring your backpack to any of the in-person services on August 3 or 10 and place it under the backpack drive tent before you enter the building.

What do I do if I attend online?

If you attend online, you can:

• Bring your backpack(s) to Meck's physical campus on August 3 or 10 from 7:45 a.m. - 2 p.m. or to the Church Office during the week Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• If you aren't local or unable to physically bring a backpack, don't worry. We are providing the option for you to go through your store of choice and deliver your items to Meck's physical campus. Just please make sure that all items are scheduled to be delivered no later than Thursday, August 7 to ensure everything arrives in time.
