Guatemala Global Extension Trip

In the breathtakingly beautiful countryside of Guatemala, amid volcanoes, forest, desert, mountains, valleys and lakes, small teams of Americans partner with the doctors and staff at Medical Missions Ministries (MMM) to travel to remote villages to offer both medical and spiritual restoration to those in need. 

Teams will stay at the MMM Training Center in Guatemala City and partner with MMM to go out into the villages during the day. Some teams may be able to experience an overnight stay in the villages.

*Please note: You do NOT need to have any medical experience to participate in this trip, however doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals will be welcomed.

WHO CAN ATTEND: Minimum age for attending this trip is 10. 

IMMUNIZATIONS: Up-to-date Tetanus required. Hepatitis A and Typhoid recommended. Malaria meds may be required depending on villages to be visited during the trip (we will know two weeks before we leave).

APPROX. COST: $2000 

TRIP DATES: July 13 - 20, 2024

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
$100 - due by January 31 (Managed Missions opens on January 1, 2024 to make payments)
$950 - due by March 31 (to ticket the flights)
$950 - due by May 31 (remaining balance)

*Please note these fees are non-refundable, non-transferable. This price includes flight, transportation, lodging, meals and the departure tax. This does not include passport fees, luggage fees, immunizations, shopping or any other excursions.
