Family Night Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Why do we need tickets for Family Night?
A.
We ask that you reserve your spot to ensure that you will have a seat when you arrive at one of our two identical Family Nights. Family Night is a very popular event and we want to make sure you are able to attend with your family and have an incredible experience!

Q. What if I don't have a ticket; can I still show up?
A.
You can show up, but we can't guarantee you'll have seat without a ticket. There will be a number of walk-in seats available for first-­time guests.

Q. I have my ticket... now what?
A.
When you arrive at Meck for the Family Night event you selected, show your tickets on your mobile device or check in by name. You'll need to show your ticket to get into the auditorium. 

Q. I got my tickets, but now I need to switch to a different Family Night date. What do I do?

Q. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A.
There is no need to bring printed paper tickets. Your registration can be viewed from your mobile device or looked up by name as you check in at the door.

Q. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
A. 
Family Night is a family-friendly service, so guests of all ages are welcome!  Don't forget to reserve tickets for the whole family!

Q. What can I bring into the event?
A. 
Bring your family and friends to celebrate! We ask that you leave backpacks, duffel bags or any other over-sized bags at home or in your vehicle. Diaper bags are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a child.
