The Land (The Big Picture Bible Study) Online Wednesday Class
Every Wednesday, from 06/24/2020 to 07/22/2020, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
The Promised Land. After Adam and Eve got kicked out of the Garden of Eden, God had made His people a promise that He was going to give them a land flowing with milk and honey to possess and bless. The only problem? Other people already lived there. In this 5-week series, we’ll dig deep in the books of Numbers, Joshua, Judges and Ruth as we examine the conquest and settlement of the Promised Land, as well as the people’s spiral into disobedience. As we study this bloody period in our faith’s history, we’ll learn a lot about God and about the heart of humankind.
This class is offered at two separate times online:
Mondays at 7 p.m. beginning June 22
Wednesdays at 10 a.m. beginning June 24*
*Depending on governmental regulation, the Wednesday morning class may switch to a physical on-campus class if permitted.
Note: The Big Picture Bible Study is an in-depth, chronological study of the whole Bible. In its entirety, it comprises 10 separate studies spread out over a two-year time frame. Consistent class attendance is recommended, and homework is required. "The Land" is the third study in the series, but new students will get caught up in the first week. Previous students of The Big Picture Bible Study can join beginning Week 2.
