Meck en Español

Meck en Español is Meck’s newest outreach ministry for Spanish speakers. Mecklenburg County not only has the largest Latino/Hispanic population in all of North Carolina but it is also among one of the fastest-growing cities of Latinos in the nation. The goal of Meck en Español is to remove the barrier of language that may be keeping people away from the church or feeling isolated.
 
We are actively seeking volunteers who want to serve with this ministry. We hope to incorporate some of the following programs in the near future:
  • Small groups in Spanish
  • Translated services
  • Free ESL (English as Second Language) courses
  • Community outreaches
  • Spanish worship

Meck en Español es el ministerio más nuevo de Meck y el primer ministerio para hispanos. El condado de Mecklenburg no solo tiene la población más grande de hispanos en Carolina del Norte sino también tiene una de las poblaciones de mayor crecimiento nacional. La meta de Meck en Español es no permitir que el idioma impida que algunas personas se acerquen a la iglesia o haga que se sientan aislados.
