Easter at Meck

Two thousand years ago something happened- that we know for sure. Something so incredible that it divided all of human history into "before" and "after." So stunning that it birthed what is the largest faith group in the world today. So awe-inspiring that even now, in our modern, secular world, an entire day remains devoted to its remembrance.

So what really happened and why should anyone actually believe it?

Is there evidence? Facts? Proof?

Join us Easter weekend at any of Meck's campuses for the beginning of "Why Believe," starting with "Why Believe in the Resurrection?"

We ask that everyone reserve their spot to ensure the best experience for all. Getting tickets is free and easy. Each service is identical so select the campus and service time that works best for you under the dropdown menu below. From there you'll be directed through a few steps to reserve your tickets for Easter at Meck.

  • Choose the campus and one of the identical service times that works best for you by clicking on the time in blue. You will then be directed to obtain tickets for you and your family.

  • We want it to be really easy for you to invite your friends to Easter at Meck. Here are a few ways you can do that:

    1. Send them an email with the event details by filling out the form here.

    2. Pick up an Easter invite gift at any of our Charlotte-area locations the weekends of March 14/15, 21/22 or 28/29. Take as many as you can give away!

    3. Put one of our EasterAtMeck.org decals on your car. We have a team that will apply it for you on the weekends of March 14/15, 21/22 or 28/29. Just put up your windshield wipers when you arrive at Meck for the weekend service and we have a team that will do the rest!

  • Be an integral part of the Easter excitement by volunteering at one of our three Charlotte-area locations across three days. Fill out the volunteer interest form here. We will contact you for your availability and to provide further details.

  • Q. Why are we doing tickets for these services?

    A. Easter at Meck is a highly anticipated event and when you add Meck's incredible growth over the last year, the only way to assure we have enough seats for everyone is by using a ticketing process.

    Q. I have my ticket. Now what?
    A. Print it off and bring it with you to the service! You'll need to show your ticket to get into the auditorium.
*If you have not arrived by the time the service starts, ticketed seats will be released to non-ticketed individuals.

    Q. How many tickets can I get?
    A. You can reserve as many as you need. Please only reserve tickets for people who have confirmed they are coming to the service so tickets don't go unused.

    Q. I got my tickets, but now I need to switch the day/time. What do I do?
    A. You can change them yourselves by following the steps here. If you have questions, please email us at ticketing@mecklenburg.org.

    Q. I'm having problems finding/printing my tickets. What should I do?
    A. Follow the steps here. If you have questions, please email us at ticketing@mecklenburg.org.

    Q. What if I don't have a ticket; can I still show up?
    A. You can show up, but we can't guarantee you'll have seat without a ticket. There are some walk-in seats available for first-time guests and others who weren't aware of our ticketing process. Our goal is to have a seat for everyone who wants to attend a service at Meck and with eleven identical services to choose from (plus nine on the iCampus!), we think you'll find one!

    Q. What is the service like?
    A.
Our Easter service combines the best of the Meck vibe with meaningful Easter traditions. Translation: You're going to love it!

    Q. Will the services be identical?
    A. Yes, services at each of our campuses will be identical on all four days.

    Q. Will MecKidz (children's ministry) be offered during the service?
    A. Yes, all services will feature our full MecKidz experience for children aged birth - 5th grade. Your child will enjoy an amazing time designed just for them complete with music, videos, games and a special Easter celebration in every classroom.

    Q. Will the Internet Campus host Easter services?
    A. Yes. The Internet Campus will show the Easter services on Saturday, April 4 at 4 & 5:30 p.m., Sunday, April 5 at 8, 9:30, & 11 a.m. and 5:30 & 7 p.m., and Tuesday, April 7 at 12 & 7:30 p.m.

    Q. Will there be a Baptism with the Easter services?
    A. Our next baptism celebration will be the weekend of May 9/10. Check out www.mecklenburg.org for more information.

    Q. I have other questions that weren't answered here. What should I do?
    A. Please email us at ticketing@mecklenburg.org.
